The Tourism Group (TTG) specialises in visitor information services. Based in Brisbane, our dedicated national team of 50+ staff operates across four states including Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia.
TTG commenced in 2002 with Accredited VICs for Brisbane Airport at both the International and Domestic Terminal, along with managing BAC’s award-winning Brisbane Airport Ambassador Program of 165 fully-trained, volunteers and bundled Visitor Services at Melbourne Airport along with the airport’s 80+ Customer Care Volunteers. In Perth, on behalf of Tourism WA, TTG’s new Western Australia Visitor Centre provides statewide promotion and booking services for all of WA. TTG’s contracted services include managing visiting media itineraries for Tourism Australia, and the Accreditation Program for both Tourism & Events Queensland and Destination NSW.
